CreateTO's Carlo Bonanni, Senior Vice President, Planning and Design and Melita Varga, Director, Client & Stakeholder Enablement were on the judging panel and this year, the case went beyond having the teams produce a residential and mixed-use product offering and asked for a product that would meet the needs of post-secondary school students, and new graduates with entry level income.
