CreateTO and the City of Toronto are pleased to announce the development partners for two Phase One Housing Now sites.
Tridel Builders Inc. and Greenwin Holdings Inc. will develop the Housing Now site at 50 Wilson Heights Boulevard. Greenwin Holdings Inc. will also develop the site at 705 Warden Avenue along with KingSett Affordable Housing LP.
