Situated north of Rogers Road, between Bicknell Avenue to the east and Forbes Avenue to the west, the site consists of a former TTC bus loop that now sits vacant. The neighbourhood is home to many industrial and commercial businesses, but is starting to see a wave of residential uses take hold.

Build Toronto (now part of CreateTO)’s vision is to intensify the underutilized parcel of land, with a proposal that includes 63 residential units in stacked townhouse and low-rise apartment forms. We will also be introducing an affordable housing program that will provide up to 32 affordable home ownership units.

The property has been sold to a joint venture including a non-profit developer and the project is now under construction.
