Mixed Use

[SOLD] 4050 Yonge Street

Project History

This site is located in an area of the City that has not seen new commercial development in over 20 years, Build Toronto (now part of CreateTO) created a vision to maintain employment and sold the project to the Easton’s Group/The Gupta Group to develop a new commercial project, including a hotel component. The site is located adjacent to the York Mills subway station and is currently being used as a commuter parking lot and a sales centre. Given the site’s location, the vision is to densify a transit node and offer a new amenity in this area of the city, while creating new employment.

A development application has been approved by City Council.
