Mixed Use

411 Victoria Park Avenue

Project Introduction

Many different organizations and companies own property in what is locally known as the Quarry Lands. The 19.7-acre parcel of land that Build Toronto (now part of CreateTO) is developing dates back to the 1930’s. Our proposal includes residential and community park space. We are also working to incorporate an affordable housing component within this development.
