Mixed Use

[SOLD] 411 Victoria Park Avenue

Project History

This 19.7-acre parcel of land, locally known as the Quarry Lands and that Build Toronto (now part of CreateTO) has been developing, dates back to the 1930’s as a quarry for Canada Brick. Our proposal includes residential and community park space. The land has been sold and a draft plan of subdivision and rezoning application were submitted in 2020 to provide for mid-rise residential, affordable ownership and rental housing, and parkland with a total of over five acres.
