Project Introduction

Currently a TTC parking lot, the site at 705 Warden Avenue offers an opportunity for a transit-oriented redevelopment. Concepts include residential uses and improvements to recreational fields belonging to the new community centre to the north. A new road network and an integration of retail will also help to support the needs of the local neighbourhood.


Major Intersection: Warden Avenue and St. Clair Avenue East
Surrounding Uses: Residential development and community centre to the north; subway track and former landfill site to the east; Warden subway station to the south; and a residential development across Warden Avenue to the west.
