Mixed Use

705 Warden Avenue

Project Introduction

Currently a TTC parking lot, the site at 705 Warden Avenue offers an opportunity for a transit-oriented redevelopment. Concepts include residential uses and improvements to recreational fields belonging to the new community centre to the north. We are also working to incorporate an affordable housing component within this development.

A new road network and an integration of retail will also help to support the needs of the local neighbourhood.
