777 Victoria Park Avenue

Project Introduction

Situated in Scarborough, the site at 777 Victoria Park is currently used as a TTC parking lot and bus station. Given its location, Build Toronto (now part of CreateTO) will be looking at integrating the existing TTC services into a new residential development incorporate retail and community space into the neighbourhood. We are also working on integrating new affordable housing as part of the residential component.

Major Intersection: Victoria Park Avenue and Danforth Avenue
Surrounding Uses: Immediately north of the site is Victoria Park subway station. Other surrounding uses include Dentonia Golf Course, low- and high-density residential developments; and Dentonia Park.
