Project Overview

South Port is a district in the Port Lands that will deliver modernized light industrial and port-oriented uses. South Port will provide space for the working port to continue providing jobs to the community, while the rest of the Port Lands develops into a film and innovation hub.

It is currently being used as an industrial site and is surrounded by diverse amenities such as green space, film and industrial services, and a ship channel.
