The redevelopment of 260 Adelaide Street West located in the downtown core offers a major investment in the livability and vibrancy of Toronto and includes the creation of approximately 813 residential units, including 20 per cent of those being affordable housing units, the relocation of the fire hall, 10,000 square feet of community space, and a new paramedic post.

770 Don Mills Road will deliver a transit-oriented and mixed-income development just north of the Ontario Science Centre by providing 1,254 housing units, including 836 affordable rental housing units, an elementary school, park space, retail and childcare.

Part of Toronto’s Mass Timber Pilot Program, the 1113-1117 Dundas Street project will deliver affordable and market rental housing units constructed out of mass timber in the Spadina-Fort York area.

The site at 18 Dyas Road is proposed to be re-purposed for new City uses with a Paramedics Multi-Function Station Hub as the primary use, and a fuel station to be relocated from Oriole Yards to allow for more affordable housing units at that site.

Leslie Lookout Park recycles an industrial landscape into a new recreational hub that includes a public beach, distinguished by forested dunes, creating a new multi-use community destination in Toronto’s east end.

From the late 1980s to the early 2020s, 6 Leslie Street hosted the Toronto division of the Canadian satellite communications company Telesat. Since 2021, the site has been used as flex studio space including film production.

229 Richmond Street West will become a new public park that will integrate with the surrounding neighbourhood and honour Indigenous culture.

Located at Spadina Avenue and Adelaide Street West, 105 Spadina will build culture and inclusivity in the Spadina-Fort York community by delivering a new mixed-use development.

The new St. Lawrence Centre for the Arts will  create a cultural ecosystem where renewed cultural spaces, innovative spaces and gathering spaces will combine into a dynamic cultural and civic hub and, along with Meridian Hall and Berczy Park, anchor the Front Street cultural corridor.

The Wellington Destructor site presents an important opportunity for the adaptive reuse of an existing City-owned building as a cultural space, community hub and employment uses that could generate new income, as well as complement and support the existing and proposed employment uses of the surrounding area.
