Project Overview
Within the Scarborough-Guildwood neighbourhood, 40 Bushby Drive currently sits as a Toronto Parking Authority carpark and will be transformed to deliver a new mixed-income and transit-oriented development with 1,717 housing units, including 572 of those being affordable rental units, just steps away from the future Scarborough Centre Subway Station.
40 Bushby Drive is a project part of the Housing Now Initiative to invest in City-owned lands across Toronto for the development of affordable housing within mixed-income, mixed-use, transit-oriented communities.
Rescheduling of 40 Bushby Drive Community Meeting Due to Winter Storm Warning
Due to the snowfall warning in place for the City of Toronto, we are rescheduling the 40 Bushby Community Meeting that was planned for February 12, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at JC Banquet Hall (1686 Ellesmere Rd).
The Community Meeting will be rescheduled to a later date. Please stay tuned for updates.
