Within the Scarborough-Guildwood neighbourhood, 40 Bushby Drive currently sits as a Toronto Parking Authority carpark and will be transformed to deliver a new mixed-income and transit-oriented development with 1,715 housing units, including 567 of those being affordable rental units, just steps away from McCowan Subway Station.
40 Bushby Drive is a project part of the Housing Now Initiative to invest in City-owned lands across Toronto for the development of affordable housing within mixed-income, mixed-use, transit-oriented communities.
