Project Overview
Tridel Builders Inc. and Greenwin Holdings Inc. have been selected to develop the eight-acre transit-oriented site at 50 Wilson Heights Boulevard, which will be transformed from a surface parking lot into a complete community with new housing, a park, a child care centre, community space and improvements to the public realm.
The property, located directly adjacent to the Wilson Subway Station, at the northwest corner of Wilson Avenue and Wilson Heights Boulevard, is planned to include 1,484 residential homes, including 520 market rental homes, 520 affordable rental homes and 444 market condominiums.
This Housing Now site highlights CreateTO’s partnership model as the planning, development, and execution of this project is a result of collaboration from several stakeholders including TTC, local residents, and the proponents.
The Zoning Approval and Draft Plan of Subdivision for this site was approved in February 2020.
