Project Overview

Located in a prime location in Toronto's Central Waterfront, 190 Cherry Street was previously the site of Go-Karts at Polson Pier, and has been used as a surface parking lot since 2020. However, an application has been submitted to transform the site into a new 3-storey Porsche automotive dealership and service shop and a cafe.

This project represents a first wave of new development in the Polson Quay district. The proposal supports the overall transition of the Port Lands from industrial to a future mixed-use destination.

The project will deliver up to 100 jobs and animate the Cherry Street landscape. The relocation of this business also enables construction of the Ontario Line transit project and the Quayside Development.
