This large parcel of land is located just north of Cherry Beach, and just west of the Cherry Beach Sports Fields. The western section is currently used for storage, and contains a two storey building (10,000 sq.ft.) and a one storey building (1,080 sq.ft.). The eastern half of the site is vacant. The site can be accessed directly by Unwin Avenue.

Surrounding Uses: The site is located within the Toronto Port Lands area which is bounded by Lake Shore Boulevard East and the Gardiner Expressway to the north, the Leslie Street Slip to the east, the Outer Harbour to the south and the Toronto Inner Harbour to the west. The properties along Unwin Avenue, south of the Ship Channel, are predominantly heavy industrial uses which include salt storage, waste management operations and equipment rentals. The site is also within close proximity to Cherry Beach to the south.
