From the late 1980s to the early 2020s, 6 Leslie Street hosted the Toronto division of the Canadian satellite communications company Telesat. Since 2021, the site has been used as flex space for various film productions.
The property includes 15,000 square feet of industrial space and ancillary office space in two freestanding buildings. It presents a unique opportunity for a destination commercial retail use steps from Tommy Thompson Park and Leslie Lookout Park.
