Project Overview

18 Dyas Road is one of eight high-value City-owned sites selected through the ModernTO program for city-building purposes. ModernTO is designed to modernize the City’s office portfolio, reduce the City’s office footprint, and free up underutilized properties for city-building purposes.

Located at York Mills Road and Don Mills Road, the property is proposed to be repurposed for new City uses with a Paramedics Multi-Function Station Hub as the primary use. Repurposing the site will also enable the relocation of the fuel station from Oriole Yards, a Phase Two Housing Now site located at 251 Esther Shiner Boulevard, which will allow for the development of more affordable housing units as part of the mixed-used development.

18 Dyas Road is currently home to an office building with an adjacent warehouse.
