18 Dyas Road
Repurposing this Don Valley East site will enable the creation of a new paramedic hub and the relocation of the fuel station from the Oriole Yards.
Located at York Mills and Don Mills roads, 18 Dyas Road is currently home to an office building with an adjacent warehouse. The property is proposed to be repurposed for new City uses with a Paramedics Multi-Function Station Hub as the primary use. Repurposing the site will also enable the relocation of the fuel station from Oriole Yards, a Phase Two Housing Now site located at 251 Esther Shiner Boulevard, which will allow for the development of more affordable housing units as part of the mixed-used development.
