33 Queen Street East

The future redevelopment of 33 Queen will seek to facilitate multiple city-building benefits including, affordable housing, office and employment uses, public realm improvements, replacement parking and the protection of valuable heritage assets.

Situated just south of St. Michael’s Hospital, 33 Queen Street East currently operates as Toronto Parking Authority’s (TPA) head office and houses a TPA parkade. Redevelopment of the site will occur in the longer term due to the planned construction of the Ontario Line. The preliminary site vision proposes a high-rise mixed-use residential development including affordable rental housing, office uses and delivering on other city-building objectives including partial replacement of the existing public parking.
