75-81 Elizabeth Street
The preliminary vision for the site at 75-81 Elizabeth, tucked in behind Toronto City Hall and proposed for redevelopment in the longer-term, envisions civic and institutional uses.
A portion of the property at 75 Elizabeth Street will be occupied by Hydro One for construction staging purposes in support of the Power Downtown Toronto initiative until September 2026. As such, this site is proposed for redevelopment in the longer term. The preliminary vision for the site includes civic/institutional uses. The site may also be suitable for a mixed-use, high-rise building with residential, commercial, community uses, public realm improvements and new parkland.
