75-81 Elizabeth Street
The preliminary vision for the site at 75-81 Elizabeth, tucked in behind Toronto City Hall and proposed for redevelopment in the longer-term, envisions civic and institutional uses.
A portion of the property at 75 Elizabeth Street will be occupied by Hydro One for construction staging purposes in support of the Power Downtown Toronto initiative until September 2026.
