Project Overview

The 5151 Yonge Street project will deliver a new mixed-use development located in the dynamic heart of North York, steps away from the civic centre, subway station, and public library. The majority of the site is currently a Toronto Parking Authority (TPA) surface parking lot, so by transforming this space, we are able to maximize it’s potential to become more inclusive and livable for local residents.
