Mixed Use

140 Merton Street

Project Introduction

140 Merton Street is a 0.84-acre site located on the north side of Merton Street between Yonge Street and Mount Pleasant Road. It contains the former War Amps building which has been owned by the City of Toronto since 1994 and occupied by SPRINT Senior Care since 1998. The property also contains a Heritage Designated structure. We are envisioning a mid to high rise residential development with an affordable housing component for this site.
