Project Overview

Bloor-Kipling Block 5 at 970 Kipling Avenue is the second residential block to be developed as part of the new Bloor-Kipling master-planned community. Block 5 is situated at the northwest corner of Kipling Avenue and Dundas Street West.

CreateTO took the development opportunity to market in 2025 for bids.

In March 2026, CreateTO announced Kilmer Group as the preferred proponent to deliver Block 5, with more than 800 new rental homes, including affordable rental homes.

Construction timelines will be finalized through the approvals process.
