2025Project Overview
Situated in the Keelesdale neighbourhood, 2700 Eglinton Avenue West is currently being used as a Toronto Parking Authority parking lot, and has been identified by City Council as a Phase 3 Housing Now site. City Council has also directed staff to work with George Brown College to explore campus expansion opportunities at this site, which would be integrated into a comprehensive city-building vision in close proximity to the new Eglinton Crosstown LRT.
2700 Eglinton Avenue West is a project part of the Housing Now Initiative to invest in City-owned lands across Toronto for the development of affordable housing within mixed-income, mixed-use, transit-oriented communities.
