Project Overview
Block 1 of the Bloor-Kipling project at 5207 Dundas Street West, is a new mixed-use, transit-oriented development that once completed will deliver more than 700 new rental homes to Etobicoke.
Developed by The Kilmer Group and Tricon Residential, this 2.47-acre site, located east of Kipling Avenue, south of Dundas Street West and north of the rail corridor, was the first of the five Bloor-Kipling development blocks to go through the market offering process and first to start construction. Once completed, it will contribute to the creation of a resilient, complete community providing mixed-use, mixed-income housing to be serviced by a sustainable energy source contributing to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.
Located near the Kipling Transit Hub, the project will deliver 725 residential homes, including 218 affordable rental homes, as well as retail space and Publicly Accessible Spaces.
