Project Overview

Located at the southwest corner of Don Mills Road and Eglinton Avenue, 770 Don Mills Road will deliver a transit-oriented and mixed-income development just steps away from the Don Valley Station with connections to the Eglinton Crosstown LRT and future Ontario Line. The project aims to achieve City-building objectives by providing 1,254 housing units, including affordable rental housing units, an elementary school, park space, child care space, and other community spaces, potentially including cultural space, community space, health services and other uses. The current use of the future site is a parking lot, so by maximizing the site’s potential, we can deliver a more inclusive and livable community.

The 770 Don Mills Road project requires intensive collaboration with public and private stakeholders and future development partners to achieve desired building outcomes.

770 Don Mills Road is part of the Toronto Builds Policy Framework. Zoning for this project was approved in June 2022.

In June 2026, the Ministry of Education approved the Toronto Lands Corporation’s capital submission to fund the future elementary school.
