Project Overview

The information shared here reflects CreateTO’s past work on this site. Future project updates will be available through TCHC and the City of Toronto.

Located near Bathurst Street and Fort York Boulevard, the redevelopment of 150 Queens Wharf Road will deliver a mixed-income development with 282 housing units, including 141 affordable rental units, and an EarlyON Centre. By developing this vacant site, we are able to maximize its potential and contribute towards a new community hub for residents of the Spadina-Fort York neighbourhood.

150 Queens Wharf Road is a project part of the Housing Now Initiative to invest in City-owned lands across Toronto for the development of affordable housing within mixed-income, mixed-use, transit-oriented communities.
